What You’ll Do

• Manage a high-acuity Level III NICU team alongside neonatologists and advanced practice providers
• Provide care for critically ill neonates, including ELBW infants, using advanced neonatal interventions such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and patient transport teams
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists including cardiovascular surgery teams
• Deliver family-centered, compassionate neonatal care
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and clinical innovation

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
• Prior experience in NICU or neonatal critical care
• Strong knowledge of neonatal procedures and advanced technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
