What You'll Do:
- Provide neonatal intensive care in a 66-bed, Level-III NICU setting
- Collaborate with neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners on patient care
- Manage high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling procedures
- Minimize call, with weekend and night coverage as scheduled
- Offer expert neonatal support and education to families and staff
- Participate in clinical appointments and teaching duties with Mercer Medical School
What You Need:
- Board Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) only; FNP or PNP certifications are not accepted
- Minimum 2+ years' NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
- Current Georgia state license and applicable certifications
- Strong clinical skills in neonatology, including advanced ventilation and neonatal stabilization
