What You'll Do:
  • Provide neonatal intensive care in a 66-bed, Level-III NICU setting
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners on patient care
  • Manage high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling procedures
  • Minimize call, with weekend and night coverage as scheduled
  • Offer expert neonatal support and education to families and staff
  • Participate in clinical appointments and teaching duties with Mercer Medical School

What You Need:
  • Board Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) only; FNP or PNP certifications are not accepted
  • Minimum 2+ years' NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
  • Current Georgia state license and applicable certifications
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatology, including advanced ventilation and neonatal stabilization
