Shift: 12-hour shifts, including nights and on-call, approximately 12 shifts per month

License/Certifications: Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification, Oklahoma license (or eligible)
Experience: Preferred but open for new fellows

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver high-quality neonatal care across four different Level II NICUs in the Oklahoma City metro area
Provide comprehensive care for newborns and their families, including assessments, treatments, and stabilization
Participate in a balanced schedule of day and night shifts, including on-call duties from home
Cover additional shifts in the newborn nursery at Lakeside as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols
Support quality improvement initiatives and family-centered care
What You Need Required:
Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
Oklahoma state license or eligibility to obtain
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
At least 1 year of NICU experience preferred but new fellows are encouraged to apply
Preferred:
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to adapt to shift rotation and on-call responsibilities
