What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver high-quality neonatal care across four different Level II NICUs in the Oklahoma City metro area
• Provide comprehensive care for newborns and their families, including assessments, treatments, and stabilization
• Participate in a balanced schedule of day and night shifts, including on-call duties from home
• Cover additional shifts in the newborn nursery at Lakeside as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols
• Support quality improvement initiatives and family-centered care

What You Need
Required:

• Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Oklahoma state license or eligibility to obtain
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• At least 1 year of NICU experience preferred but new fellows are encouraged to apply

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt to shift rotation and on-call responsibilities
