What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU
• Participate in 24/7 in-house NNP coverage model
• Manage an average of 19 NICU patients daily
• Support approximately 2,700 annual deliveries with high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on experience and competency
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU team
• Exercise autonomous clinical decision-making and strong judgment
• Attend neonatal transports and utilize full pediatric and subspecialty support
• Engage in educational opportunities, including partnerships with medical schools, and contribute to quality, safety, and patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license (Florida preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and autonomous practice skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule and support a high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
