What You’ll Do
Collaborate with neonatologists to provide care in Level III-IV NICUs and Level II nurseries
Work evening shifts alongside neonatologists in high-acuity units
Participate in deliveries and provide infant care in the NICU
Support 24/7 coverage in Level II units with in-house NNPs and neonatologists
Contribute to high-risk delivery services and infant stabilization
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care
Active nursing license in Arizona or eligible to obtain one
Minimum of 2 years of NNP experience (preferred)
Preferred:
Experience working in Level III-IV NICUs or similar high-acuity environments
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

NNPs work closely with neonatologists to deliver comprehensive infant care, including coverage during deliveries and in intensive care settings.
