What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with neonatologists to provide care in Level III-IV NICUs and Level II nurseries
  • Work evening shifts alongside neonatologists in high-acuity units
  • Participate in deliveries and provide infant care in the NICU
  • Support 24/7 coverage in Level II units with in-house NNPs and neonatologists
  • Contribute to high-risk delivery services and infant stabilization
  • Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care
What You Need
Required:
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
  • Active nursing license in Arizona or eligible to obtain one
  • Minimum of 2 years of NNP experience (preferred)

Preferred:
  • Experience working in Level III-IV NICUs or similar high-acuity environments
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
