What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams on patient management
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and assist with advanced neonatal procedures
- Educate families and support their involvement in care planning
- Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
- Engage in professional development and mentorship programs, especially designed for new graduates
- Support pediatric subspecialty care such as surgery, cardiology, and neurology
What You Need- Required:
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Active Michigan RN license
- Recent neonatal care experience (2+ years preferred) or new graduate readiness with strong clinical skills
- Preferred:
- Experience in high-acuity NICU environments
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
