What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care alongside neonatologists in a Level III NICU
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
• Contribute to clinical decision-making, patient management, and family education
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across pediatric subspecialties including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Support new graduates through mentorship programs
• Maintain high standards of neonatal care through ongoing professional development

What You Need

• NNP Board Certification (mandatory, no exceptions)
• 2+ years of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and family communication
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment
