What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
Collaborate with 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time NNPs to deliver patient-centered care
Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
Participate in multidisciplinary care planning with neonatal and pediatric specialists
Support regional neonatal referral services across coastal Georgia
Engage in family-centered care initiatives and education
Contribute to quality improvement and ongoing professional development
Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards
What You Need Required:
Valid Georgia RN license and certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (AANP or NCC approved)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Experience working in a Level III or IV Neonatal ICU (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Ability to manage critically ill neonates with confidence
Willingness to participate in educational and mentorship opportunities
