What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time NNPs to deliver patient-centered care
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning with neonatal and pediatric specialists
• Support regional neonatal referral services across coastal Georgia
• Engage in family-centered care initiatives and education
• Contribute to quality improvement and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Georgia RN license and certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (AANP or NCC approved)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in a Level III or IV Neonatal ICU (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Ability to manage critically ill neonates with confidence
• Willingness to participate in educational and mentorship opportunities
