What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU with state-of-the-art technology
• Collaborate with 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning alongside pediatric subspecialists
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Contribute to family-centered care initiatives and mentorship programs
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards

What You Need
Required:

• Georgia APN license or eligible for licensure
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or eligible
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior NICU experience (not mandatory)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
