What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature neonates in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, family-centered care
• Manage complex cases in a high-acuity, technologically equipped environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Support educational and mentorship initiatives for new and junior staff
• Engage in continuous professional development and uphold regulatory standards
• Document care accurately and efficiently, adhering to hospital protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN or higher)
• Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
• Basic life support (BLS) and neonatal resuscitation (NRP) certifications
• At least 1 year of neonatal or critical care experience (preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply)

Preferred:

• Experience working in a Level IV NICU or high-acuity setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
