What Youll Do
- Provide expert neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
- Collaborate with a team of 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time NNPs
- Manage critically ill or premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
- Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
- Contribute to professional development and ongoing education
- Help facilitate a supportive, mentorship-focused work environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Neonatal Certification (recommended, but new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience in neonatal or critical care settings preferred but not required
Preferred:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and compassionate care skills
