What You’ll Do:
Provide neonatal critical care for high-risk and critically ill infants in a Level-III NICU setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary staff
Manage patient care from delivery through stabilization and transfer when necessary
Support neonatal transports staffed by specialized neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists
Participate in family-centered healthcare delivery and support
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold hospital policies
What You Need:
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
2+ years of NICU experience (not suitable for new graduates or locum candidates)
Valid Florida license and active Florida DEA registration
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Epic preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
