Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary: $136,822 – $179,379 (based on experience)
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour (as specified)
- Additional compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP, relocation bonus up to $10,000

What You’ll Do:
- Provide overnight trauma and surgical care for acutely ill patients
- Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
- Manage inpatient trauma and emergency general surgery patients
- Support trauma surgeons with procedures and patient management
- Collaborate independently with physicians and a multidisciplinary team
- Document all care diligently using Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with medical staff privileges and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership initiatives
What You Need:
- Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years trauma or surgical experience; fellowship preferred
- BLS certification
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to work autonomously overnight
