Hourly Pay Rate: $37.35 $57.74 per hour

What Youll Do:
Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatments as prescribed
Assist patients across a variety of ages and conditions, including outpatient rehab, neurological, orthopedic, and post-op cases
Implement treatment techniques such as manual therapy, neuro-rehab, exercise modalities, and functional activities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients and families on safety, activity modifications, and wellness strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with departmental standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants, aides, and students as applicable
What You Need:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Hampshire or the ability to obtain one
CPR/BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience in outpatient or rehab settings
Proficiency with manual therapy, neuro-rehab techniques, and functional assessments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize patient safety and quality care
