What You'll Do:

• Support and optimize pharmacy informatics systems and workflows across Salina Regional Health Center and affiliated locations
• Enhance medication safety initiatives and operational efficiencies through system improvements
• Support drug diversion monitoring and reporting tools
• Contribute to medication-use process integrity and supply chain management
• Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including medication dispensing and medication information updates
• Collaborate with pharmacy and IT teams to troubleshoot and implement system upgrades

What You Need:

• Active Kansas pharmacist license
• Experience with pharmacy automation systems, electronic health records (EHR), and medication safety tools preferred
• Strong technical and clinical skills in pharmacy operations and informatics
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and support continuous improvement initiatives
