We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Kennebunk, Maine. This full-time position offers a highly desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, giving you the opportunity to focus on excellent patient care while maintaining a consistent work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

  • Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions

  • Improve patients' strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence

  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Promote patient safety and positive functional outcomes

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

  • Current Maine Physical Therapist license

  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • New graduates are welcome to apply
