Overview

We are looking for a talented Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Kensington, Maryland. We are currently open to both a Full-Time Staff Physical Therapist and/or Senior Physical Therapist, making this a great opportunity for clinicians at different stages of their careers.

The position offers a highly desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, along with 40 hours per week. Whether you're looking to establish yourself as a staff clinician or bring your experience into a senior-level role, there's room to find the right fit.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

  • Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals

  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions

  • Monitor patient progress and make clinical adjustments when needed

  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently

  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Promote patient independence and quality outcomes

For Senior PT candidates: Additional responsibilities may include supporting clinical initiatives, mentoring team members, and contributing to overall therapy program development.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

  • Current Maryland Physical Therapist license

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

  • Patient-centered approach to care

  • Leadership experience is a plus for Senior PT candidates

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • New-graduate compensation will be determined based on relevant qualifications, skills, and experience
