Pay & Benefits- Competitive Salary: Up to $469,000 - $520,000 annually (based on FTE)
- Starting Bonus: $20,000

What You'll Do- Provide anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical procedures, including trauma, obstetrics, spine, general, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal surgeries
- Deliver patient-centered anesthesia services in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in equitable call rotations supporting work-life balance
- Foster a culture of teamwork, education, and professionalism
- Support the mission to enhance lives through innovative and excellent care
- Engage in mentorship and optional leadership/teaching roles
What You Need- Required:
- Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
- 2+ years of anesthesia experience in a high-acuity setting
- Preferred:
- Experience in trauma, OB, or complex surgeries
- Ability to practice in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
