• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert perioperative and ICU patient care for cardiothoracic surgery patients
• Assist in complex cardiac surgeries, including vein harvesting and surgical procedures
• Manage and evaluate patients on CVICU, floors, and clinics
• Participate in daily clinics and operating room coverage
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare teams in a multidisciplinary environment
• Interpret lab and diagnostic results to develop and modify treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and perform bedside procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Operate independently under physician supervision while demonstrating clinical judgment
• Engage in ongoing CME to enhance skills in cardiac and surgical care

What You Need:

• Valid Physician Assistant license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• At least 3 years of experience in cardiac/cardiovascular surgery and ICU management
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment
