What Youll Do
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions
- Perform patient evaluations, develop, and implement treatment plans under supervision
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
- Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care
- Conduct orthopedic-related procedures including injections and office-based interventions
- Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery, and rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in rotational call coverage
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and quality initiatives
What You Need
- Valid PA-C certification/license
- Minimum of 1 year of related clinical experience (orthopedic preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform procedures and handle clinical responsibilities effectively
