Salary: $136,822 to $179,379 annually, based on experience
Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP incentive
Relocation: Up to $10,000 available for eligible candidates

What You’ll Do
Provide overnight trauma and acute surgical care
Assess trauma admissions and manage emergency general surgeries
Develop patient care plans and interpret diagnostic tests
Assist trauma surgeons with operative procedures and resuscitation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within Epic EMR
Ensure complete documentation and compliance in clinical workflows
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and professional development
What You Need
Colorado state license and NCCPA certification
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Minimum 2 years of trauma or surgical experience (or completed surgical fellowship)
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to work autonomously in high-acuity environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
