Pay & Benefits
  • Salary: $136,822 to $179,379 annually, based on experience
  • Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP incentive
  • Relocation: Up to $10,000 available for eligible candidates

What You’ll Do
  • Provide overnight trauma and acute surgical care
  • Assess trauma admissions and manage emergency general surgeries
  • Develop patient care plans and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Assist trauma surgeons with operative procedures and resuscitation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within Epic EMR
  • Ensure complete documentation and compliance in clinical workflows
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and professional development

What You Need
  • Colorado state license and NCCPA certification
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of trauma or surgical experience (or completed surgical fellowship)
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in high-acuity environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
