What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality emergency care to pediatric patients (~55,000 annual visits)
Collaborate with subspecialty teams including PICU, NICU, CVICU, and hospitalists to manage complex cases
Engage in bedside teaching and supervision of Pediatric, Emergency Medicine, and Family Practice residents
Participate in educational sessions for Pediatric ER fellows
Work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary support team, including child life specialists and pediatric social workers
Utilize full scribe coverage to optimize patient documentation and care efficiency
Manage a wide variety of pediatric emergencies in a busy, supportive environment
What You Need:
Valid medical license in Nevada or eligibility to obtain one
Fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, multidisciplinary setting
Preferred: experience in pediatric emergency care, teaching, or mentorship roles
