• Location: Albuquerque, NM (400 Marquette Avenue NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102)
• Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing estimated 30-90 days)
• End Date/Duration: Permanent new hire
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred but not mandatory; good communication skills required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)
• Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; additional benefits may include malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and paid time off

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within a full-spectrum outpatient practice
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for patients of all ages
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Promote wellness and preventive healthcare initiatives
• Coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests using EMR (Elation)
• Supervise and collaborate with one or more Nurse Practitioners
• Participate in quality improvement activities in a value-based care model

What You Need:

• Active license in New Mexico or eligible for licensure
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, outpatient care
