What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and family medicine patients
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
Conduct preventative care visits, wellness exams, and follow-up appointments
Develop and implement long-term treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document all care accurately using EPIC EMR system
Participate in quality improvement and organizational initiatives
Support patient education and continuity of care
Share on-call responsibilities as assigned
Build lasting relationships with patients and the local community
What You Need
Medical license to practice in Michigan
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (current or recent graduates accepted)
Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Open to H1B visa candidates; J1 candidates not eligible
Willingness to commit to a community-focused outpatient setting within 1 hour commute
