- Annual Salary Range: $235,000 – $265,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do- Provide full-spectrum primary care services to adult and family medicine patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Conduct wellness exams, routine follow-ups, and preventive care
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists
- Maintain detailed electronic health records using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold organizational standards
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
What You Need- Active medical license in Michigan or eligibility
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 2026 or 2027 graduates accepted
- Commitment to outpatient practice only; no locum or long-distance commuting
- H1B visa holders considered; J1 not accepted
