License/Certs: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology

Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: This rate is a placeholder; actual compensation discussed upon application)
Annual Salary Range: $489,000 - $543,000

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care in a team-based environment.
Join an established practice of 12 physicians and 8 APPs.
Conduct outreach services approximately 6 days per month in Lamar and Trinidad, travelling 2-3 hours to support rural communities.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse navigators and social workers.
Utilize EPIC EMR for all patient documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs.
Contribute to clinical growth and innovation within a supportive, physician-led organization.
Share in limited call responsibilities, ensuring work-life balance.
What You Need Required:
Medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain
Board eligibility or certification in Hematology and Oncology
Willingness to travel (~6 days/month) to rural outreach clinics
Preferred:
Experience working in rural or outreach settings
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Commitment to equitable patient care
