Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: This rate is a placeholder; actual compensation discussed upon application)
• Annual Salary Range: $489,000 - $543,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care in a team-based environment.
• Join an established practice of 12 physicians and 8 APPs.
• Conduct outreach services approximately 6 days per month in Lamar and Trinidad, travelling 2-3 hours to support rural communities.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse navigators and social workers.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for all patient documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs.
• Contribute to clinical growth and innovation within a supportive, physician-led organization.
• Share in limited call responsibilities, ensuring work-life balance.

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain
• Board eligibility or certification in Hematology and Oncology
• Willingness to travel (~6 days/month) to rural outreach clinics

• Experience working in rural or outreach settings
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to equitable patient care
