Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: this appears to be a placeholder; salary is competitive)
• Annual Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 (negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the Hematology/Oncology Division at Henry Ford Health
• Lead and mentor over 40 faculty members across multiple hospitals and clinics
• Manage clinical operations, academic programs, and research initiatives in cancer care
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and university partners to expand oncology services and research
• Maintain a clinical practice (~25%) to stay connected with patient care
• Support academic development, research, and medical education for early-career investigators and fellows

What You Need:

• Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
• Prior leadership experience within a large academic or health system setting
• Strong clinical skills and ability to oversee faculty and programs
• Current medical license in the state of Michigan or eligible to obtain
• Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
