Pay & Benefits:

Annual Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 (negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Provide strategic leadership and oversee the Hematology/Oncology Division at Henry Ford Health
Lead and mentor over 40 faculty members across multiple hospitals and clinics
Manage clinical operations, academic programs, and research initiatives in cancer care
Collaborate with hospital leadership and university partners to expand oncology services and research
Maintain a clinical practice (~25%) to stay connected with patient care
Support academic development, research, and medical education for early-career investigators and fellows
What You Need:
Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
Prior leadership experience within a large academic or health system setting
Strong clinical skills and ability to oversee faculty and programs
Current medical license in the state of Michigan or eligible to obtain
Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
