Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: pay details discussed upon application)
- Guaranteed base salary: $550,000/year
- Sign-on bonus: $55,000 plus $100,000 Student Loan Support
- Six weeks PTO + $10,000 annual CME allowance
- Relocation assistance: $10,000

What You’ll Do:- Provide a 50% split between Hematology and Oncology patient care
- Manage a referral base with breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
- Collaborate with a team of three Hematology/Oncology physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers
- Participate in inpatient call (1:4), with additional compensation for call duties
- Engage in outpatient clinic, tumor board activities, and clinical trials coordination
- Utilize full suite of specialty support including radiation oncology, genetics, and patient navigation
- Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a well-equipped, expanded facility
What You Need:- BC/BE in Hematology and Oncology
- Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Key skills include teamwork, clinical judgment, and excellent communication
- Preferred: experience in outpatient oncology and multidisciplinary collaboration
