Pay & Benefits
Pay Package: $525,000–$625,000 annually, based on MGMA standards, with a RVU model and guaranteed salary during initial years

What You’ll Do
Provide full-scope Hematology & Oncology care, including outpatient and inpatient services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff to deliver patient-centered treatment
Participate in outpatient clinics, hospital consultations, and follow-up care
Support cancer care initiatives in a top-ranked regional facility
Contribute to teaching and training activities for medical students and residents if interested
Engage in research opportunities and clinical excellence programs
What You Need Required:
Medical license in Michigan
Board certification in Hematology & Oncology
Active DEA registration
3+ years of experience preferred but open to new graduates willing to commit to a comprehensive training and mentorship program
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Preferred:
Experience in outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology care
Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork
