Pay & Benefits- Compensation: $525,000 - $625,000 annually (base; RVU model with guaranteed salary for first 2 years)
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000
- Relocation assistance: Up to $15,000

What You’ll Do- Provide full-spectrum hematology and oncology care, including outpatient and inpatient services
- Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including full-time AP support and peer consults with MD Anderson
- Manage approximately 30% hematology and 70% solid tumors cases
- Participate in patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Support regional satellite clinics—occasional travel may be required
- Engage in teaching and academic activities with Central Michigan University’s College of Medicine
- Contribute to innovative cancer programs utilizing cutting-edge diagnostics and treatments
What You Need- Medical degree (MD/DO)
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology or actively pursuing certification
- Active Michigan medical license or eligibility
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience in comprehensive hematology/oncology practice
- Interest in academic and research collaborations
