Pay & Benefits

• Pay Package: $525,000–$625,000 annually, based on MGMA standards, with a RVU model and guaranteed salary during initial years
• Additional Compensation: $50,000 sign-on bonus; potential productivity bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope Hematology & Oncology care, including outpatient and inpatient services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff to deliver patient-centered treatment
• Participate in outpatient clinics, hospital consultations, and follow-up care
• Support cancer care initiatives in a top-ranked regional facility
• Contribute to teaching and training activities for medical students and residents if interested
• Engage in research opportunities and clinical excellence programs

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Michigan
• Board certification in Hematology & Oncology
• Active DEA registration
• 3+ years of experience preferred but open to new graduates willing to commit to a comprehensive training and mentorship program
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology care
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork
