Physician - Hospitalist in Brattleboro, VT | Full-Time Opportunity

Pay rate: $300,000 - $350,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)

What You’ll Do
Provide direct care for hospitalized patients, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and emergency physicians
Coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless transitions of care
Order, interpret, and respond to lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
Respond to medical emergencies, codes, and rapid response situations
Educate patients and families on diagnoses and follow-up care
Participate in hospital committees, quality initiatives, and performance evaluations
What You Need
Required: MD or DO license, ability to work independently in a hospital setting
Preferred: Prior hospitalist experience, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
