What You’ll Do

• Provide overnight inpatient obstetric care, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and triage
• Manage gynecologic consults and acute issues during nocturnist shifts
• Handle emergency obstetric situations with rapid response
• Collaborate with 8 OB/GYN physicians and 4 APPs in a supportive team environment
• Document patient interactions accurately within Epic EMR
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives in the OB unit
• Participate in hospital committees or process improvement projects as needed
• Mentor residents or APPs during shifts (if applicable)
• Communicate effectively with day teams for seamless handoffs

What You Need

• Active and unrestricted OB/GYN license
• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Prior inpatient obstetric experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in labor management and emergency response
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
