Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to $150/hour; details discussed at interview)
• Annual Salary (full-time): Approximately $328,500

What You’ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN hospitalist coverage, attending deliveries, triaging OB patients, and managing high-risk cases
• Perform obstetric and gynecological evaluations and assist in surgeries
• Monitor fetal health via fetal monitoring systems
• Respond to emergencies and provide consultation for high-risk pregnancies
• Support community-level Level-III NICU patients of 23 weeks and above
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists and neonatologists
• Participate in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students

What You Need

• Valid OB/GYN license in California or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum of 2+ years of OB hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in obstetric and gynecological care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
