Pay & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $312,000 – $438,000
• Medical Director Stipend: $25,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide OB and GYN triage, inpatient consults, and surgical coverage
• Manage labor and delivery including obstetric emergencies
• Participate in high-quality, patient-centered care during deliveries (~1,200 annually)
• Collaborate with hospital teams, community OB-GYNs, and specialists
• Support NICU care with Level II capabilities and Stanford support
• Help define workflows, culture, and clinical practices for the new program
• Contribute to program development as a Medical Director (preferred)

What You Need

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Prior leadership experience is a plus for Medical Director role
