Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $312,000 - $438,000 annually (based on hours)
• Medical Director stipend: $25,000

What You'll Do

• Provide OB-GYN inpatient care, including triage, surgeries, and labor management
• Manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
• Oversee inpatient consults and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support delivery management at a facility with approximately 1,200 births annually
• Participate in programs with Level II NICU and Maternal-Fetal Medicine support from Stanford
• Contribute to the development and optimization of clinical workflows in a new program

What You Need

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
