    Job Title: Staff Physician - Internal Medicine (Health Equity & Value-Based Care) – Dallas, TX

    • Experience: Proven expertise in internal medicine, health equity, or value-based care preferred

    What You’ll Do
    • Provide comprehensive internal medicine care within a value-based, population-focused clinic
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and other specialists
    • Mentor residents through clinical supervision, quality improvement projects, and scholarly activities
    • Educate residents on social determinants of health, community engagement, and equitable clinical practices
    • Lead and participate in quality improvement and health equity research initiatives
    • Contribute to curriculum development aligned with ACGME competencies
    • Use risk stratification and population health tools to improve patient outcomes and reduce disparities
    • Support clinical operations and improve standard practices in a collaborative environment

    What You Need

    • Required:
      • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
      • Valid state medical license in Texas or ability to obtain
      • Experience in primary care, health equity, or value-based care preferred
      • Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills

    • Preferred:
      • Experience working in academic or population health settings
      • Background in quality improvement methodologies
      • Familiarity with community-centered care practices

    About the Assignment
    This engagement involves serving as a core faculty member in an innovative internal medicine clinic dedicated to health equity. You will teach residents, lead clinical care, and help shape new health initiatives, all within a nationally recognized academic healthcare environment committed to diversity and inclusion.
