Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $287,000 – $319,000 annually

What You'll Do:
- Provide outpatient primary care to adult and family patients in a well-established team setting
- Manage a panel of patients with the support of clinical Medical Assistants
- Collaborate with specialists across the UCHealth network for comprehensive care
- Participate in a care-team model prioritizing quality and patient satisfaction
- Maintain minimal call, with regional phone coverage and no weekend hospital work expected
- Practice in an environment emphasizing work-life balance in Southern Colorado, with access to the Rocky Mountain region
What You Need:
- Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine (must have completed residency)
- Active medical license in Colorado or able to obtain one
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
