What You’ll Do:
  • Provide expert neonatal care to a 34-bed Level III NICU with diverse case acuity
  • Collaborate within a team of 2 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs
  • Conduct daily rounds and develop patient care plans
  • Oversee 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
  • Support newborns in the nursery and manage high-risk cases
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based protocols
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional neonatal care
  • Contribute to clinical excellence and ongoing neonatal care advancements

What You Need:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics; Neonatology fellowship required
  • Valid medical license to practice in Louisiana (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate neonatal care
