What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert neonatal care to a 34-bed Level III NICU with diverse case acuity
- Collaborate within a team of 2 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs
- Conduct daily rounds and develop patient care plans
- Oversee 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
- Support newborns in the nursery and manage high-risk cases
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based protocols
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional neonatal care
- Contribute to clinical excellence and ongoing neonatal care advancements
What You Need:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics; Neonatology fellowship required
- Valid medical license to practice in Louisiana (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate neonatal care
