What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 34 beds
• Conduct daily rounds and develop patient care plans
• Collaborate with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs
• Oversee and support 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• Manage newborn nursery rounds
• Support approximately 1,500–2,000 deliveries annually
• Maintain adherence to evidence-based protocols and quality initiatives
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to advance neonatal care
• Participate in clinical excellence and continuous improvement efforts

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics; Neonatology Certification preferred
• Residency within the local area required; relocation may be necessary
• Preferred experience in neonatal intensive care
• Must have current licenses and certifications as per Louisiana medical licensure requirements
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
