What You’ll Do:

• Provide neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with 10 beds and approximately 1,000 annual births
• Deliver care to newborns in a 20-bed neonatal unit supported by Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Participate in a collaborative 3-physician neonatal staffing model
• Perform daily rounding in NICU and newborn care settings
• Manage critically ill and premature infants with clinical oversight
• Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing care for neonatal patients
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care in a modern facility
• Participate in a home-based call coverage rotation

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality neonatal care
