What You’ll Do:
Provide neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with 10 beds and approximately 1,000 annual births
Deliver care to newborns in a 20-bed neonatal unit supported by Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
Participate in a collaborative 3-physician neonatal staffing model
Perform daily rounding in NICU and newborn care settings
Manage critically ill and premature infants with clinical oversight
Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing care for neonatal patients
Collaborate closely with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams
Contribute to maintaining high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care in a modern facility
Participate in a home-based call coverage rotation
What You Need:
Active medical license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality neonatal care
