What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive care in a Level III NICU and newborn nursery
• Manage high-risk deliveries in collaboration with OB and perinatal teams
• Deliver patient-centered care to a daily census of approximately 9-11 neonates
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Neonatologists, Nurse Practitioners, nursing, and respiratory therapy staff
• Mentor and support NICU nursing and respiratory teams
• Develop and implement clinical protocols
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Engage in strategic growth and program expansion efforts
• Maintain strong communication with hospital leadership and staff
• Optional moonlighting opportunities across Virginia

What You Need:

• Active Virginia medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Prior NICU experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
