What You’ll Do

• Provide neonatal care to patients in a Level II special care nursery
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to deliver family-centered healthcare
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
• Support team efforts for newborn stabilization and ongoing care
• Contribute to the expansion of nursery services and initiatives
• Engage in a flexible call schedule and team-based practice

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid medical license in Virginia
  • Board certification in Neonatology
  • Ability to work 24-hour shifts
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Preferred:
  • Experience in a Level II NICU setting
