What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level II nursery with 6 beds
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and the care team to deliver family-centered healthcare
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical research projects
• Engage with sub-specialty support and contribute to service expansion plans
• Support the team during 24-hour shifts, ensuring continuous neonatal care
• Contribute to best practices and exchange ideas with nationwide Pediatrix providers

What You Need:

• Valid board certification in Neonatology
• Relevant clinical experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts in a hospital setting
