What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level II nursery with 6 beds
  • Collaborate closely with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to deliver family-centered healthcare
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical research projects
  • Support team efforts in providing consistent, high-quality neonatal services
  • Engage in continuous professional development and knowledge exchange with a broad network of Pediatrix providers
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling and contribute to expanding neonatal services

What You Need
  • Valid Board Certification in Neonatology
  • Active medical license in Virginia or eligible to obtain one
  • Experience working in neonatal intensive care preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
