What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level II nursery with 6 beds
- Collaborate closely with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to deliver family-centered healthcare
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical research projects
- Support team efforts in providing consistent, high-quality neonatal services
- Engage in continuous professional development and knowledge exchange with a broad network of Pediatrix providers
- Adapt to flexible scheduling and contribute to expanding neonatal services
What You Need
- Valid Board Certification in Neonatology
- Active medical license in Virginia or eligible to obtain one
- Experience working in neonatal intensive care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
