What You’ll Do

• Provide expert clinical care to newborns in a Level III NICU at Siena Campus and Level II NICU at San Martin Campus
• Utilize advanced neonatal interventions including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Collaborate with pediatric specialists, surgeons, and obstetric team for comprehensive patient care
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor and work alongside highly skilled nursing and ancillary staff
• Support and educate families in a compassionate environment
• Engage in occasional on-call duties as required

What You Need

• Valid Nevada medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Prior experience or training in a Level III NICU setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
