What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a high-quality, Level III NICU with 16 beds
Manage an average daily census of 7-8 critically ill or premature newborns
Attend and manage high-risk deliveries and stabilize critically ill infants
Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, multidisciplinary teams, and faculty physicians
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Contribute to ongoing excellence in neonatal outcomes
Potentially take on leadership roles for qualified candidates
Support over 1,100 annual deliveries in a thriving hospital setting
What You Need Required:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
Active Georgia medical license or eligibility
Successful completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship
Ability to participate in 24/7 onsite coverage
Preferred:
Residency within the local area
Leadership experience or interest
