What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU setting
• Manage an average daily census of 7-8 NICU patients, including critically ill and premature newborns
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries, supporting over 1,100 annual births
• Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
• Collaborate with a large team of physicians, including faculty and private practice providers
• Potentially assume a leadership role for qualified candidates
• Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve neonatal outcomes and family satisfaction

What You Need

• Active or eligible licensure in Georgia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship training
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to family-centered care
