• Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred; strong team collaboration skills

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care at a busy Level-IIIB NICU (49 beds)
• Manage critically ill neonates with advanced therapies such as inhaled nitric oxide, HFOV, HFJV, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Support extremely low gestational age newborns (ELGANs), including infants as young as 22 weeks
• Collaborate with neonatal nurse practitioners and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Support and oversee care across multiple units including a Level-IIIA NICU and well-baby units
• Engage in out-of-house coverage via telehealth as needed
• Participate in regional neonatal delivery services

What You Need

• Medical license in Missouri (or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Strong clinical skills in advanced neonatal therapies
• Experience with ELGANs and complex NICU cases preferred
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
