Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $250,000 annually for newly graduated Fellows (equivalent to approximately $1.00/hour for this listing)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert Neonatology care in a 72-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 60
  • Participate in neonatal ECMO, iNO, high-frequency ventilation management, and total body cooling
  • Collaborate with neonatal transport, resuscitation, and pediatric subspecialists
  • Support an active cardiovascular surgery and high-volume ELBW patient population
  • Engage in clinical teamwork under high standards and shared guidelines
  • Opportunity for academic involvement and resident teaching
  • Contribute to a dynamic, well-equipped neonatal intensive care team


What You Need
  • Valid Neonatology Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Minimum of 0+ years of Neonatology experience (new Fellows considered)
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
  • Ability to obtain NV medical license and visa if applicable
