• Shift: 24-hour shifts + in-house on-call
• Hours/Week: 7.5 shifts/month (approx. 2160 hours/year)

• License/Certifications: BC/BE Neonatologist; Nevada medical license preferred
• Experience: Open to experienced providers and new graduates through 2025

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU at multiple hospitals
• Rotate through four area hospitals, spending one month at each location
• Manage complex neonatal cases, including iNO, high-frequency ventilation, and total body cooling
• Participate in transport programs and collaborate with pediatric subspecialty and surgical teams
• Engage in quality improvement and clinical research initiatives
• Support families and ensure the highest standards of neonatal outcomes

What You Need:

• BC/BE Neonatologist, eligible to work in Nevada
• Experience in neonatology (new graduates considered until 2025)
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and rotate among multiple hospital sites
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
