Experience: New Fellows through 2025 welcome; prior NICU experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits
Base Salary: $250,000 starting for new graduates; increases based on experience (to be discussed)
Pay Rate: Hourly pay rate of $1.00 (Note: primary compensation discussed at interview)

Provide expert neonatal care in Level III NICUs at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists
Manage complex neonatal conditions with advanced equipment such as high-frequency ventilators, body cooling, and iNO
Participate in teaching, CQI initiatives, and quality improvement projects
Engage in on-call coverage and weekend rotations as discussed
Contribute to patient outcomes with evidence-based care and best practices
Communicate effectively with families and team members to ensure the highest standards of care
What You Need
Active or eligible Nevada medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
Fellowship-trained in Neonatology
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to collaborate across specialties
