What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a busy Level III NICU with 32 beds
• Manage care for newborns from approximately 4,000 annual deliveries
• Collaborate with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Perform neonatal procedures and support clinical workflows
• Participate in mentorship and professional development, especially supporting new graduates
• Support a family-centered, compassionate approach to neonatal care
• Engage in night call duties with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented practice environment

What You Need

• Required:
  • Medical license in Kentucky or eligible
  • Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
  • Ability to provide hands-on neonatal care
• Preferred:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
  • Experience in a Level III NICU environment (not mandatory for new graduates)
