Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized Neonatology care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43-bed, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26-bed, ADC 14)
  • Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Utilize advanced NICU technology including HFOV, jet ventilators, and more
  • Support and consult with subspecialty and maternal-fetal medicine teams
  • Participate in on-call rotations and emergency coverage as scheduled
  • Engage in community and hospital initiatives aimed at improving neonatal care

What You Need
Required:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
  • Valid medical license in Oklahoma or eligible for license renewal/activation
  • Strong clinical expertise and communication skills

Preferred:
  • Experience with Level III NICU protocols
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to various shift schedules
