Licensing/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology
Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred but new fellows encouraged to apply

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
Provide specialized Neonatology care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43-bed, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26-bed, ADC 14)
Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize advanced NICU technology including HFOV, jet ventilators, and more
Support and consult with subspecialty and maternal-fetal medicine teams
Participate in on-call rotations and emergency coverage as scheduled
Engage in community and hospital initiatives aimed at improving neonatal care
What You Need Required:
Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
Valid medical license in Oklahoma or eligible for license renewal/activation
Strong clinical expertise and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with Level III NICU protocols
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to adapt to various shift schedules
