What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with an ADC of 17 patients
• Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually, ensuring the highest standards of care
• Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists and multidisciplinary staff
• Participate in teaching, mentoring students, residents, and potentially OB/GYN fellows
• Support and develop advanced neonatal services including HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling

What You Need
Required:

• Current Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Valid medical license in New Jersey or the ability to obtain one
• Proven neonatal care experience in a hospital setting

• Experience in a Level 3 NICU setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence in clinical care and teaching
