What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal intensive care for infants in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists
• Use cutting-edge therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical research efforts
• Deliver family-centered care in a supportive, single-family room NICU setting
• Assist with neonatal emergencies, transfers, and specialized treatments
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, education, and compassionate care

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Active medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure in Virginia
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in a Level III NICU setting
• Familiarity with advanced neonatal therapies
