What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal intensive care for infants in a Level III NICU environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists
Use cutting-edge therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical research efforts
Deliver family-centered care in a supportive, single-family room NICU setting
Assist with neonatal emergencies, transfers, and specialized treatments
Contribute to a culture of innovation, education, and compassionate care
What You Need Required:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
Active medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure in Virginia
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience working in a Level III NICU setting
Familiarity with advanced neonatal therapies
