What You’ll Do
- Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a well-equipped, Level III NICU
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, and cardiologists
- Use advanced therapies including HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and hypothermia techniques
- Work alongside neonatal transport services to manage patient transfers
- Support family-centered care in a single-family room NICU environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
- Contribute to a team culture prioritizing innovation, education, and compassionate care
What You Need
- Valid medical license and certification as a Neonatologist (Board Certified/Eligible)
- Relevant clinical experience in neonatal intensive care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
