What You'll Do
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care in a state-of-the-art Level IV NICU at a major regional referral center
Manage high-acuity neonatal cases and deliver evidence-based critical care for premature and critically ill newborns
Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage alongside a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists and support staff
Mentor and support resident rotations within the NICU
Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Contribute to family-centered care through empathetic communication and support
Support hospital-wide efforts to optimize clinical outcomes and staff wellness
What You Need
Valid Georgia medical license or eligible for licensure
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatology
Prior experience in a Level IV NICU is preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
