What You'll Do
  • Provide specialized neonatal intensive care in a state-of-the-art Level IV NICU at a major regional referral center
  • Manage high-acuity neonatal cases and deliver evidence-based critical care for premature and critically ill newborns
  • Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage alongside a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists and support staff
  • Mentor and support resident rotations within the NICU
  • Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Contribute to family-centered care through empathetic communication and support
  • Support hospital-wide efforts to optimize clinical outcomes and staff wellness

What You Need
  • Valid Georgia medical license or eligible for licensure
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatology
  • Prior experience in a Level IV NICU is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
